Specialization
Simply put: I proudly specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, income property and vacant land within Lee County. Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, and Bonita Springs are just some of the more visible and well-known areas of Lee County that I cover. It takes quite a bit of homework in order to serve my clients but they, of course, are worth it. Many moving to, or investing in, our area for the first time need a REALTOR with a broad knowledge of the area and the expertise to help find them the perfect place to call home. I provide that knowledge and expertise. Now I know there are other REALTORS out there, however; I ask you to put your trust in me and I know, once you have benefited from my services, that trust will never need to be asked for again.
Personal
My younger years were spent with my brother and sisters in the outskirts of Philadelphia, playing and growing on farms that brushed Neshaminy Creek. As I grew into my teenage years, (and for most of my young adult life) I found sand in my shoes and sea salt in my veins on the shores of New Jersey, where I eventually started my own family. Professionally, my position as Vice President of Operations and Personnel in two local banks helped provide me with a sense of home and community that would create the strong building blocks that I have come to depend on in my real estate career.
Living in Florida for 10+ years in the diverse communities of Lee County, and now a Sanibel resident, I know first hand the stresses of selling and buying homes for the entire family, including the family pets. Rest assured, I’m not just your REALTOR, I’m a part of your community.
